Whether you have played wargames for years or are completely new to the hobby. The Wessex Wargames Society has much to offer you.

With a large and ever growing membership we cover almost every period, genre and scale.

The club owns a large selection of game boards, gaming mats and terrain which you are free to use on any  club day.

We meet every other Saturday and a full list of dates and times can be found on our ‘Home’ page.

You do not need to be a member to play at the club but there is an additional charge of £2. So if you plan on playing regularly it makes good sense to become of full member as annual membership only costs £15  (£5 for juniors).
